Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At IMITO, we pride ourselves on quality speed and efficiency. Whether we are cutting a custom pattern or packing a ready-made tee, our team moves quickly. Good things come to those who wait.

Please review our cancellation windows below.

1. Custom-Made Orders (Bespoke)

Because these items are tailored specifically to your unique measurements and cannot be resold, we have a strict cancellation window.

The 24-Hour Rule:

You may cancel your custom order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 Hours:

Once this window passes, your order enters the "Production Phase." At this stage, fabric has been allocated or cut, and the order cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions:

If you need to make a minor change to measurements or design within the first 24 hours, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes without cancelling the order.

2. Ready-Made Orders

For items from our standard stock (Ready-to-Wear), we offer more flexibility.

Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier.

After Dispatch:

If you receive a notification that your order has "Shipped" or a Tracking Number has been generated, we cannot cancel the order.

Solution:

You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to exchange it or return it for store credit.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately.

WhatsApp:

You may also message our support line, but email is required for a formal refund record.

4. Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved within the valid window:

Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Method:

The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer).

Bank Delays:

Please note that some banks in Pakistan may take additional time to reflect the transaction on your statement.

5. Cancellations by IMITO

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Stock Unavailability:

If a ready-made item is unexpectedly out of stock.

Payment Issues:

If payment confirmation is not received or is flagged as fraudulent.

Pricing Errors:

In the event of a technical error regarding product pricing.

In these rare cases, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
