Terms and Conditions for IMITO

1. The IMITO Service

IMITO provides two distinct types of products:

• Custom-Made (Bespoke): Garments manufactured based on specific measurements and design choices provided by the customer.
• Ready-Made: Standardized garments sold in fixed sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.) and pre-designed styles.

2. Custom Orders & Measurements

• Accuracy: For custom orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. IMITO is not liable for garments that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Production Lead Time: Custom-made items typically require [Insert Number, e.g., 14-21] business days for production before shipping. Delays due to fabric availability or peak seasons will be communicated promptly.
• Fabric Variance: Minor variations in color or texture may occur between digital images and the physical fabric due to screen calibrations and dye lot differences.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in [PKR/USD]. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order for both custom and ready-made items unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from our studio at 9C lane 2, Zamzama Phase 5, DHA, Karachi.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to our shipping carrier.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred in their destination country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy differs based on the product type:

• Custom-Made Items: Because these are uniquely tailored to your body, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the measurements provided.
  • Alterations: If a custom garment requires minor adjustments, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Ready-Made Items: These may be exchanged or returned for store credit within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• Sale Items: All items purchased on "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of IMITO. The hashtag #neveroutofsize and the IMITO brand name are protected trademarks. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IMITO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific garment in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
