SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At IMITO, we are committed to delivering your garments safely and efficiently. Whether you are ordering a Ready-Made essential or a Custom-Made masterpiece, we ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Production vs. Shipping Time

It is important to understand the difference between the time it takes to make your order and the time it takes to deliver it.

Ready-Made Items:

Processing Time: Dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

Custom-Made (Bespoke) Items:

Production Time: Since these items are cut and sewn specifically to your measurements, please allow 14-21 business days for crafting and quality control before dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Carrier: We use trusted local couriers (e.g., TCS, Leopards, or Call Courier).

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Cost:

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 1000 flat rate.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over PKR 25000

3. International Shipping

We ship IMITO products globally to support our #neveroutofsize community worldwide.

Carrier: All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx to ensure speed and tracking reliability.

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

4. Store Pickup (Karachi Only)

Skip the shipping fees and wait time by collecting your order directly from our studio.

Location: 9C Lane 2, Zamzama Phase 5, DHA, Karachi.

Notification: You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification when your order is "Ready for Pickup."

Pickup Hours: Monday - Saturday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Fridays 3:00 - 8:00 PM

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)

For orders shipped outside of Pakistan, please be aware:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • IMITO is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at imitopakistan@gmail.com.

Lost: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building reception first. If it is still missing, contact us so we can file a claim with the courier.
