A: It's simple. You choose your style and fabric, then provide your measurements using our Measurement Guide. Once your order is placed, our tailors in Karachi draft a unique pattern just for you, cut the fabric, and stitch your garment. It's not just "altered" to fit; it's made to fit.

Q: I'm worried about measuring myself wrong. What should I do?

A: We highly recommend using our "Measure Your Favorite Jeans" method. It's easier and often more accurate than measuring your body. If our tailors spot a number that looks unusual (like a 34" waist with a 20" hip), we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to double-check before cutting.

Q: Can I change my measurements after placing an order?

A: You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to update your measurements. Please email us immediately at imitopakistan@gmail.com. Once the fabric is cut, we cannot make changes.

Q: Do you save my measurements?

A: Yes! We create a unique profile for you. For your next order, you can simply select "Use Saved Measurements" unless your size has changed.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: It depends on what you ordered:

• Ready-Made: Ships within 24-48 hours.
• Custom-Made: Takes 14-21 business days to manufacture and ship.

Q: Can I pick up my order in Karachi?

A: Absolutely. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout. We are located at 9C Lane 2, Zamzama Phase 5, DHA. We will notify you when your package is ready.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship globally via DHL/FedEx. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Q: What if my custom jeans don't fit?

A: Custom items are non-refundable. However, we strive for perfection. If there is a manufacturing error or the measurements of the garment differ significantly from what you submitted, we will fix it.

Tip: If it's a minor fit issue, we often recommend visiting our studio or a local tailor for a final tweak—it's part of the bespoke journey!

Q: Can I return Ready-Made items?

A: Yes. Ready-made items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7-14 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.

Q: How should I wash my IMITO jeans?

A: For raw or custom denim, wash as little as possible to preserve the indigo and fit.

• Turn them inside out.
• Use cold water and mild detergent.
• Hang dry only. Never use a tumble dryer, as it shrinks the cotton and ruins the custom fit.

Q: Will raw denim shrink?

A: Our raw denim is "Sanforized" (pre-shrunk) to minimize shrinkage, but all cotton shrinks slightly (1-3%) upon the first wash. We account for this in our pattern making, but we recommend cold washing to keep the fit precise.
